What is virtual health? Teton Virtual Health lets you connect quickly and conveniently with your doctor through secure video conferencing on your mobile phone, tablet, or computer, as long as you have an internet connection, camera, and microphone.

Many conditions can be diagnosed and treated by your doctor without a physical exam – knowing your medical history and how you’re feeling can be just as important to your doctor for delivering successful treatment. With Teton Virtual Health visits, you can also upload photos of any visible symptoms to ensure your doctor will have everything they need to provide quality care.

Can my doctor prescribe medication? Yes, if your doctor decides a prescription is needed for your treatment plan they can prescribe it, electronically, to the pharmacy of your choice.

How does it work? It’s simple! If you’re a new user, the first thing you will do is create an account. Then, you’ll request an appointment and answer a few questions about your condition. Your doctor will receive your request and accept, or suggest another appointment time. When it is time for your visit you will log in and enter the virtual waiting room. Once your doctor is ready to see you, you will be notified and connected via a secure video conference.

Is my medical information secure? Yes. Teton Virtual Health is HIPAA and COPPA compliant, so any personal health information you provide is completely safe and secure.

Will my insurance cover it? Teton Virtual Health will provide all patients with a receipt that they can submit to their insurance carrier directly. Please check with your health plan for more details regarding coverage and benefits for virtual health or telemedicine services.

Can virtual healthcare visits be used for medical emergencies? No, online visits shouldn’t be used for emergency care. If you have a medical emergency, please dial 911 immediately.
